Members from four Central Zone wards Ferrer, Sacred Heart, St Lawrence, and Church Ward united in a heartfelt act of service, undertaking an extensive deep cleaning of the church. This effort saw 32 committed volunteers roll up their sleeves and contribute to the upkeep of their sacred space.
From the Ferrer Ward came nine diligent volunteers, matched by nine eager participants from Church Ward. St Lawrence Ward fielded six members, while Sacred Heart Ward contributed eight helpers. Their collective effort showcased not just teamwork, but also the wards’ dedication to stewardship and service.
The cleaning process was held on August 27th in the morning. This has enabled the worship space to be refreshed and ready for upcoming gatherings demonstrating how small acts of care can make a big difference in preserving the sanctity of the church.
