Liturgy Commission of the parish organised Psalm Singing Competition for parishioners on Sunday 11 October 2026 at 3:00 PM at Ferrer Hall. The event provided a meaningful platform for parishioners to express their faith through the beauty of sacred music and deepen their appreciation of the Psalms in liturgical worship.
The program commenced with an inaugural prayer service led by the Assistant Parish Priest Fr Alwyn Crasta, invoking God’s blessings upon the participants and the successful conduct of the competition.
Neha warmly welcomed the gathering and extended a special welcome to Ronald Rodrigues Vice President of the Parish Council, whose constant encouragement and support have been invaluable to parish activities. She also welcomed Fr Alwyn Crasta and the esteemed judges, Fr Flavian Lobo and Fr JoysonVas S.J.
A total of 20 parishioners, including four men, participated in the competition, demonstrating their musical abilities and devotion through melodious and prayerful renditions of the Psalms.
