Valencia Parish witnessed an atmosphere of joy and devotion on the evening of December 24, 2025, as hundreds of parishioners gathered to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. The church was beautifully decorated with twinkling stars and glittering lights, creating a festive and prayerful ambience for the Christmas Eve celebration.
The evening began at 7:00 pm with the singing of Christmas carols. The melodious hymns, sung by the parish choir, filled the church with warmth and anticipation, reflecting the deep joy and spiritual significance of the Christmas season.
At 7:30 pm, the solemn Eucharistic celebration commenced, marking the highlight of the evening. The Holy Mass was presided over by Fr Jason Pinto SDB as the main celebrant. He was joined by Parish Priest Fr Roque DSa, Asst PP Fr Pradeep Rodrigues along with Fr Anisio Mota SDB and Fr William Barrocas as co-celebrants.
The celebration was a meaningful expression of faith, unity and thanksgiving as the community came together to commemorate the birth of Christ. The Christmas Eve Mass left the faithful spiritually enriched, carrying home a renewed sense of hope, love and gratitude for the gift of Jesus Christ.
