Rev. Fr Pradeep was formally received at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church (Rosario Cathedral) Mangaluru, on June 1, 2026, at 5:45 p.m., as he commenced his new pastoral assignment and residency at the Cathedral. He also officially takes charge as the Assistant Diocesan Estate Manager of the Diocese.
Fr Pradeep was warmly welcomed by the Rector and Parish Priest, Fr Valerian DSouza, Resident Priest Fr Valerian Fernandes, outgoing Assistant Diocesan Estate Manager, Fr Jason Loboand members of the Parish Pastoral Council of Rosario Cathedral.
Accompanying Fr Pradeep from Valencia Parish were Parish Priest Fr Cyprian Pinto, Assistant Parish Priest Fr Alwyn Crasta SCJ, Assistant Parish Priest of Bejai Parish Fr Norman Mathias, Valencia Parish Council Vice-President Ronald Rodrigues and a large gathering of parishioners who came to extend their support and best wishes.
The occasion marked the beginning of Fr Pradeep’s new ministry and responsibilities within the Diocese. The faithful gathered to pray for God’s abundant blessings upon him as he embarks on this important pastoral and administrative mission.
