Valencia Parish proudly emerged as the Best Performer at the Inter-Parish Biblical Drama Competition, organized by the Episcopal City Deanery as part of the Jubilee Celebrations held from April 6 to 8, 2025, at the St. Joseph’s Seminary Grounds.
Each participating parish was assigned a theme to portray in a 30-minute stage drama, with Valencia Parish taking on the moving biblical story of “The Life of Ruth.” The team delivered a compelling performance that captivated both judges and the audience, earning them top honors for their exceptional presentation.
The drama was staged under the able guidance of Fr Roque and Fr Pradeep, whose encouragement and support played a vital role in the team’s success.
The drama was written and directed by Arun Raj Rodrigues, whose creative vision brought the story to life on stage. The recording and music were managed by Neil DSouza, enhancing the emotional depth of the performance. Giriyappa Iddya skillfully handled the makeup, while Ronald Rodrigues provided essential technical support.
