The newly constructed Niches were inaugurated and blessed by Parish Priest Fr Roque DSa on 1st November 2025, in the presence of Assistant Parish Priest Fr Pradeep Rodrigues, Parish Council Vice President Ronald Rodrigues, Secretary Rita Menezes, members of the Finance Committee, Parish Council, and several parishioners.

The Niches are beautifully designed with a state-of-the-art structure that blends modern craftsmanship with classic inspiration, providing a serene and dignified space for remembrance.

Purpose of the Niches

A Niche is a special compartment where parishioners can respectfully preserve the skeletal remains of their departed loved ones. After a burial and natural decomposition of the body, the bones may be carefully collected and placed inside the Niche as a lasting memorial.

Parishioners who wish to reserve a Niche may contact the Parish Priest or the Church Office for further details.
